Terms And Conditions

By booking a Car and using our service, you acknowledge your unconditional acceptance of the terms and conditions outlined below, constituting the agreement between you and Chepstow Cars.


In this agreement, "Chepstow Cars," "we," or "us" refers to the service provider, while "you" and "your" encompass individuals, businesses, or companies making bookings with us.


2.1 It is your responsibility to allow sufficient time for your journey, particularly for airport transfers requiring timely check-in for your flight. We are not liable for delays resulting from inadequate time allocation or failure to be ready for collection at the designated time.

2.2 You must request a vehicle of appropriate size to accommodate all passengers and luggage. Chepstow Cars does not guarantee the carriage of excessive luggage. Please note that a child, regardless of age, counts as a single passenger.

2.3 Passengers requiring wheelchair access should specify this when making a booking.

Prices & Payment

3.1 Our quotes are based on the information you provide. Unless otherwise specified, prices do not include VAT, and if applicable, VAT will be charged additionally. We reserve the right to modify the quoted price in the event of substantial changes to the itinerary.

3.2 Our quotes include a 45-minute waiting period after the scheduled landing time and airport parking costs. Any waiting time exceeding this limit will incur charges at our standard waiting rate. While we strive to accommodate flight delays by adjusting our service, we are not obligated to do so.

3.3 Upon accepting a quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. Please review this confirmation carefully and ensure its accuracy. We cannot be held responsible for delays or costs arising from errors if you fail to notify Chepstow Cars of any discrepancies.

3.4 Payment for our services can be made using cash, credit cards, or debit cards.

The Service

4.1 You are accountable for the behavior of all passengers during the journey. Additional charges may be applied to cover cleaning costs if the vehicle is soiled, damaged, or negatively affected by passengers.

4.2 Eating, drinking, and smoking are not permitted in the vehicle.

4.3 All children must be appropriately restrained in accordance with their height, weight, and age.

4.4 We are bound by licensing and insurance regulations regarding passenger capacity and cannot carry more passengers than allowed.


5.1 In case of a booking cancellation, please notify us as soon as possible. If you cancel after the vehicle has been dispatched, a charge will be incurred based on the time and distance covered by the driver to the point of cancellation.

5.2 If you booked through our online system and cancel before the vehicle is dispatched, a charge may be applied to the original payment.


6.1 While we make every effort to ensure timely arrival at your destination, we are not liable for losses incurred due to circumstances beyond our control. Chepstow Cars will not be responsible for any losses, whether to you or your business.

6.2 Your luggage is transported at your own risk.

6.3 If the vehicle breaks down during your journey, we will strive to provide an alternative car for you to continue your journey promptly.

6.4 You agree not to hold Chepstow Cars responsible for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any actions or omissions of anyone in your party.

6.5 Parties involved cannot exclude or limit their liability for personal injury, death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful default, or matters deemed unenforceable under applicable laws.


7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if a vehicle or driver is put at risk due to abuse, violence, or damage by you or any other passenger. No refunds will be issued for terminated journeys.


8.1 Chepstow Cars may subcontract its obligations as outlined in this agreement, while you may not assign, delegate, or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 We may amend these terms and conditions at any time by updating this page. Please review these terms periodically to stay informed of any changes. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect when the booking is made.

8.3 We handle information in compliance with the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement represents the complete understanding between Chepstow Cars and yourself.

8.5 These terms and conditions do not confer benefits to third parties. Third parties cannot enforce rights under this agreement unless a separate written agreement is in place.


Any dispute or claim must be submitted within 30 days from the pickup date of the booking. Claims or disputes made after this period may not be entertained by Chepstow Cars.
